24 Weeks – Pregnancy Update Size of Baby Currently, he is the size of a large zucchini at 11.8 inches and 1.3 pounds! Weight Gain I’ve now gained about 4 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight which isn’t surprising as my appetite is really starting to pick back up. I’m having issues with food and nausea and general but it isn’t affecting my appetite much anymore. New Developments My rings don’t really fit anymore so I’ve had to take them off and I’ve ordered a cheap one from Amazon to keep my fingers feeling married until the baby is here. It’s been very weird having a naked finger so I’m hoping the new one is a good size. My wedding band is a size 6 and I ordered a size 8 ring to hopefully last me through til August. This little one is really figuring out how to move around in there because I’m definitely feeling him even more distinctly now!
